Why is the customer responsible in any capacity for the ongoing issues that Blizzard is facing?Īnyway I am just looking to provide awareness as I am now out the cost of the game and unable to play this game. I don't understand how digital games do not qualify here. If I were to purchase any item or service that does not work, I would expect a refund for said item or service. How is it that any game company can publish a game, ensure it works for two weeks, then break the game if they desire and I am stuck with a non working game? I have not been able to play this game at all for the past two weeks and I feel like I have been taken advantage of. I don't understand how any company can get away with the response of, it was purchased over 14 days ago so they will not give a refund. I do not know what "support" or help" they offer as they are only there to tell you no. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had as they would ignore my questions, and only copy paste generic responses. ![]() I wanted to share my very poor experience with Sony support as I attempted to refund my Diablo 2 Resurrected. ![]()
